Like Noah's Ark   versione testuale
Archbishop Paglia: "The Church includes all families in order to save them"

"If we were to use an image to describe the Synod, I would say that the Church brings together all the families, the 'good' ones and those with problems, to tell the world that the family is the way to happiness in contemporary society, because, allow me to say this, loneliness is being globalized." With these words Archbishop Vincenzo Paglia, President of the Pontifical Council for the Family, began the interview that he accorded to Zenit on the sidelines of the International Conference of family and life movements, groups and associations recently held in Rome.

A little ''like Noah's Ark," the Church—he added—"is called with all its diversity, because all are necessary. We cannot say that 'the head is important,' because the little finger is too. I would say to all Christians and all people of good will that the Church, together with Pope Francis, intends to be like Noah's ark and save everyone, and all the families."
