Transmitting the Faith   versione testuale
On 24 July, the pilgrimage to Walsingham promoted by the Catholic Grandparents Association

"The transmission of faith in the family starting with Amoris Laetitia" is the theme of the 2016 Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham (UK) organized for Sunday, 24 July, by the Catholic Grandparents Association.
"In comparison with the previous gatherings—says Catherine Wiley, the association's founder—novelties are planned. There will be reflection on the Apostolic Exhortation Amoris Laetitia, that is the joy of love in the family; experiences will be exchanges, but there will also be cultural events, for example concerts for the young and theatrical performances for children."

The Catholic Grandparents Association, a British Association of faithful inspired by Saints Joachim and Anna, whose objective is to transmit the faith in the family, promotes pilgrimages preceded by moments of reflection and the preparation of all family members, among whom are the main actors are the grandparents, the first collaborators of parents in the transmission of education to children.
The future activities announced by the association, include the construction of a center for families, with the aim of allowing all family members—grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren—to participate in the pilgrimage.
